Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, phone, shipping address, what you bought, order reference, payment status. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor's (Stripe) secure form and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and the advertising identifiers (utm parameters, Meta click/browser IDs) that brought you here.

Why

• To process, ship and support your order (contract). Your name, address and phone are shared with our fulfilment partners and carriers solely to deliver the parcel.
• To send order confirmation and shipping updates by email.
• To measure and improve our advertising (legitimate interest). We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API; we send hashed contact details and event data to Meta so it can attribute purchases to ads. See Meta's privacy policy for how they use it.
• To prevent fraud and handle payment disputes.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and payment-dispute purposes (typically 7 years). Abandoned checkouts without a payment are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (where we are not legally required to keep it) by emailing support@aureatreasures.com. UK/EU residents also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to complain to their supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (checkout session, order confirmation) and advertising cookies from Meta. You can block advertising cookies in your browser without affecting checkout.
